Yes. Every legal citation is checked against stored, dated Lithuanian and EU legislation through a deterministic resolver, and every extracted requirement is checked against its source document. Anything that can't be resolved gets rejected before it ever reaches you.

What we collect
The name and work email you enter. Like any web request, sending the form also shows Formward your IP address and browser type.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your access request and contact you about it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives it
Formward, which runs the form for us as our processor, stores each request in Sweden and emails it to us; and Google, which hosts our mailbox (Google Workspace). It does not enter the Oikron platform.
Transfer outside the EU
Google may process the emailed copy outside the EU, including in the United States, under the Standard Contractual Clauses in its Cloud Data Processing Addendum with us. Email us for a copy of them.
How long we keep it
Until we have replied, and for no more than 12 months after our last contact with you. Then we delete it from Formward and from our mailbox.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct or erase it, or to restrict its use, by emailing hello@oikron.com. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) at vdai.lrv.lt.
Your right to object
You can object at any time to our use of your data for this purpose, by emailing us.
Do you have to give it?
No. It is not a legal or contractual requirement, but without a name and email we cannot reply. We make no automated decisions about you.
